Noa Terris is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal emotional wounds, deepen self-understanding, and build more connected, fulfilling relationships, with themselves and with others. She earned her Master of Social Work from Daemen University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and relational approach, Noa integrates Inner Child and Parts Work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to support emotional healing and personal growth. She also incorporates expressive and experiential methods, such as virtual sand tray work, to help clients access insight and healing beyond words.
In addition to her work with individuals, Noa is trained in group facilitation and creates supportive spaces for shared reflection and connection. When working with couples, she helps partners understand one another’s emotional worlds, break painful cycles of disconnection, and develop patterns of communication and compassion that strengthen intimacy and trust.
As a wife and mother of six, Noa brings a deep appreciation for the dynamics of marriage and family life. Her spiritual perspective and life experience allows her to meet clients with empathy, wisdom, and a calm presence. Warm, intuitive, and grounded, Noa believes that relationships, both with ourselves and with those we love, are powerful pathways to healing, growth, and lasting change.
