If making friends, starting conversations, or knowing what to say in social settings feels difficult, you're not alone. Social skills can be learned and strengthened with practice, support, and the opportunity to connect with others in a comfortable setting.
Our groups for healthy social skills for middle schoolers, young adults, and college-aged adults provide a supportive environment to practice communication, build confidence, better understand social cues, and develop meaningful relationships. Participants learn how to start and maintain conversations, navigate friendships, manage social anxiety, handle conflict, and feel more comfortable interacting with others.
